Q:How do I find my IMEI?
A:You can find your 15 digit IMEI by dialing *#06# into your phone. Another method is going into your “phone information” in options.You can read in detail about finding your IMEI # through this method.
Q:Why *#06# will not show me an IMEI number?
A:If *#06# does not show IMEI # this indicates that you do not have a GSM phone. Our service is designed to unlock only GSM devices.
Q:Do I have to unlock my phone every time I want to switch network or update my phone?
A:Once your phone is unlocked you may use any GSM SIM card world-wide or update your phone at anytime.
Q:How do I know if my phone is unlocked or not?
A:The simplest way is to insert new SIM into your phone and see if it works. If the phone pulls service without asking for a code, then it is unlocked. Most models will give you an error stating the device is locked.
Q:My phone says NO SERVICE after I unlocked it, what do I do?
A:If you install your SIM card and your device says NO SERVICE please follow the unlock instructions again.
Q:Not registered with Network
A:Sometimes it can appear that the unlock did not work while in fact, the problem is with the new sim card. There have been cases when a sim card was failed to be registered with the new network. Please test the sim card on another unlocked device or on a device that was created for that network before assuming that the unlock did not work.
Q:What methods of payment do you accept?

Q:Will I be able to still use At&t when I am back in U.S. after my iPhone is unlocked?
A:Yes. Most people switch back and forth between carriers.
Q:Will my phone ever be re-locked?
A:Unlock will last forever as long as your Phone is alive.

A:Absolutely. It’s allowed by law to unlock phones, we just make the unlock process a bit faster through our channels.
Q:Will unlocking my phone void phone’s warranty?
A:Nope. This is the only official unlock way to keep your warranty active.
Q:Can I unlock Jailbroken iPhone?
A:Yes. But first you will need to do a restore to it’s original baseband.
Q:Can I unlock blacklisted (reported lost or stolen) iPhone?
A:Yes, but it will only work outside the U.S. after unlocking.
Q:How do you find your Alcatel mobile phone’s Provider ID?
A:Look at the sticker located under the battery on your mobile phone.
The Provider ID must be exactly 13 chars long.
Q:Will my phone unlock code expire ?
A:No, unlock codes are permanent and do not expire.
Q:What is a phone unlock code ?
A:An Unlock Code is a numeric string. When entered into a locked handset it releases the SIM lock restriction and allows the handset to be used on other GSM carriers.
Q:What are NOT results of unlocking a phone ?
A:Unlocking will NOT add frequency bands for usage on CDMA / IDEN networks, give customer free services (e.g. Internet, Talk, Text, Roaming, Ringtones), remove Lost / Stolen Ban, remove user passwords from SIM card or handset (See What is a PUK Code ?), void your Warranty.
Q:How to determine if your phone is GSM or CDMA?
A:If your phone requires a Subscriber Identity Module (SIM) card which is a small, removable card or chip that contains your mobile account information and is interchangeable between all GSM phones and if you use a SIM card in your mobile phone, then your phone is a GSM device. However if your phone does not require the use of a SIM card (or simply don’t have SIM Tray), then your phone is a CDMA device.
