Aim for 3 or 4 sessions a week.
I suggest trying a program that focuses on progressive overload.
Studies have found daily meditation changes your brain.

A pen and paper can change your life.

If you feel tired, foggy, and grumpy…
It’s time to evaluate what you’re eating.
Notice how you feel after you eat certain foods.
Make your diet mostly foods that make you feel good.
Saying “NO” More Often
How can you say yes to the things that actually matter?
By saying no to the things that don’t matter.
We all want to say yes to every request.
But every yes means saying no to other things.
I live by this rule:
If it’s not a hell yes, it’s a no.
Trying Something New
Growth happens when we push ourselves out of our comfort zone.
• Go on Meetup.com
• Find an event that interests you
• Go to the event, meet new people, and try new things
Doing uncomfortable things is the fastest way to level up.
Systemizing Your Goals
Goals help you set direction.
Systems help you make progress.
Create a system of repeatable steps you can take to achieve your goals.
For example, if you want to lose weight, your system would include:
• Weighing in
• Tracking calories
7 simple habits that will make you unrecognizable in 6 weeks:
- Working out
- Brain dumping
- Eating mindfully
- Saying no more often
- Trying something new
- Systemizing your goals
The way I see it, if you can’t grow as a person for 6 weeks, then what good is this life? Sure, it’s not exactly a long period of time.
But if you can make great changes in your life in just 6 short weeks, then do that. Give me all or give me nothing.
